With the basketball season soon to began I talked to Coach Rauls about the this season and what he is expecting. The girls basketball team lost 3 seniors last year but still have many returning varsity players. With practices under way, the girls are putting in long hours to accomplish some big goals this year.
The boys tournament will continue competition on Friday, December 2nd in the De Soto Junior High Gym: De Soto will face off against Rockwood Summit at 4pm, followed by St.Gen vs. St. Pius at 5:30. And for the championship, Cape Central and Riverview Gardens will face off at 7pm, followed by Fox vs. Seckman at 8:30. The
The 3rd Annual Fountain City Classic Tournament will begin Monday, November 28th and go through Saturday, December 3rd. The tournament is hosted by De Soto Sr. High and takes place at home!
